Gary Goodman

Mr. Goodman, chair of the Sonnenschein New York Real Estate Practice, has extensive experience with all types of contemporary real estate transactions. Notably, his specialty is handling complex lending and leasing transactions, including office, retail and industrial leasing; long-term leasing, including net leases, ground leases, representation of institutional lenders and borrowers in fee and leasehold financings and re-financings, workouts and sale-leasebacks; all aspects of international investment in real estate; creative real estate-related financing vehicles; and securitized financings and representation of owners of office buildings and shopping centers.
