Percy R. Pyne IV
Mr. Pyne is currently the principal partner of The Pyne Companies Ltd., a New York-based multi-disciplined real estate investment and consultancy company which he founded in 1991. He is also the Chairman of Phoenix Four, Inc., a Bahamian-based Fund, and owns partnership interests with several global ventures including N.V. of America in Germany, HSH Nordbank in Germany, RAB Holdings in New York, The Stevinson Family in Denver and the Golub Family in Chicago. Mr. Pyne an his partners are current owners, owners representatives and/or operators of an appriximate $400 million portfolio which includes +/- buildings totaling more than 3,8 million square feet / 353 thousand sqaure metre of space. Mr. Pyne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver and a Masters of Business Administration in corporate finance and accounting from Columbia University. He is a member of Real Estate Board of New York, The New York Partnership and The Downtown Alliance. |
Jay B. Fischoff
He shares responsibility in providing and raising equity for the Pyne Companies Ltd.’s projects. Furthermore, he is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Phoenix Four, Inc., a Bahamian-based Fund, and is in charge of the real estate assets. Mr. Fischoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. |




Mr. Bitter-Suermann has been with KC since early 2006 and manages all non-floating assets of KC.
Prior joining KC he had 6 years of banking experience as an SVP International Relationship
Management of a globally operating bank in Hamburg, Berlin, New York and Kiel where he was involved in large
real estate and leasing transactions.
In New York he serviced German and American real estate investors for loan capital and equity capital investments.
He started his professional career as an attorney at law. Mr. Bitter-Suermann holds a law degree from University of Passau.
Mr. König founded KC in 1998. He has more than 25 years experience in the shipping and shipping
finance industry with 100+ shipping transactions. Currently, he participates in all investment activities
and served in the investment committee.
Prior to founding KC, Mr. König was a managing partner of
Ahrenkiel and Elbeland, where was significantly involved in the conception of shipping and media
funds.
He started his professional career at Hamburg Süd, one of the biggest German shipping
companies.
With nearly 35 years of experience, Mr. Pyne’s career in the real estate business spans general
brokerage and agency representation, acquisition, development, ownership, property management,
complex ground-lease negotiations, dispositions, joint ventures and consulting on major US and
international commercial properties. During his career, he has represented and consulted for major
corporations including Mobil Oil, USX Corporation, Chemical Bank, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and
numerous others including the Republic of Korea.
A veteran in the real estate business for over 30 years, Mr. Fischoff’s career encompasses general
brokerage, building acquisition, ownership, operation and management, lease negotiations, mortgage
financing and disposition of major commercial properties. As a principal, he has been involved in the
ownership and operation of in excess of 5 million square feet / 464 thousand square metre of office
space in the United States. His expertise extends to overseeing all aspects of real estate operations
from leasing and management to major buildings renovations and capital improvements.
